While working closely with over 40 companies on their sustainability journeys, I noticed a pattern: despite their substantial efforts to understand sustainability and develop improvement plans, implementation often fell short.

As part of the START Global initiative, I was dedicated to increasing businesses’ Return on Society and Environment (ROSE). It became clear that companies needed a solution.
